Loyalty Card

These Terms and Conditions apply to your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card and govern the relationship between Caffe Vineria ("we" or "us") and you. Use of your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions override any statements on your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card if they are different. You must therefore read them carefully. The Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card enables you to earn points on certain purchases in participating Caffe Vineria outlets. 

 

Obtaining your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card

You can obtain a Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card free of charge at any participating Caffe Vineria outlet. Your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card is issued by, and remains the property of, Caffe Vineria, 45 Wood Street, CV37 6JG. 

 

Using your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card

You can use your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. You cannot transfer your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card or any stored points on it to any other person. 

 

Earning and redeeming points

A Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card can only be registered in the name of an individual. Only one card may be registered in the name of each individual.

Points can only be earned at the time of purchase and only if the Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card is presented at the time of payment.

 

For every full £1 spent receive 1 point.

25 points = A free glass of house wine (with any main course). 

50 points = A free glass of champagne (with any main course)

75 points = A free starter (with any main course)

100 points =  A free standard pizza (when spending £25 or more)

125 points = A free bottle of house wine (with any meal for 2)

250 points = 25% off your total bill (maximum table of 4)

500 points = 50% off your total bill (maximum table of 4)

1000 points = A three course meal for two and your choice of wine on us (thank you for your custom)

 

Points can only be earned, held and redeemed as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Any points obtained or used otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid and cannot be redeemed.

Points are personal to the individual card holder and cannot be pooled with points earned by another individual and redeemed together.

We may, on notifying you, forfeit all accrued points, and/or suspend your right to collect and/or redeem points if you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card, or if you supply false or misleading information.

You may only redeem points against purchases made in participating Caffe Vineria outlets. Each point equals one pence when redeemed against a purchase. You must have sufficient points to pay in full for a purchase if you wish to redeem points. You may not make part payment for a purchase using redeemed points. Points cannot be earned to the extent that a purchase is made with redeemed points. Until further notice once you reach £ 10.00 you have to redeem them.

 

Expiry and Cancellation

Your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card does not have an expiry date. However, points are valid for a period of one year from the date they are accrued. We reserve the right to remove any points from your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card which are more than one year old.

Expired points cannot be transferred to a new card or redeemed or reinstated.

You have the right to cancel your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card at any time by returning it to Customer Services. If you cancel your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card you will lose the right to redeem all unused points. If you wish to cancel your Caffe Vineria Card you must contact Customer Services on 01789 262197 or at Caffe.Vineria.wood.street@gmail.com. 

 

Loss, theft, damage

You should treat your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card like cash in a wallet. If you lose your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card or if it is stolen you may lose any points you have earned in the same way as if you lost your wallet.

You should immediately report any loss, theft, fraudulent or unauthorised use of your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card to Customer Services on 01789 262197.

In the event of loss, theft, fraud or other unauthorised use of your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card, or if your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card is damaged or malfunctions, we may, at our sole discretion, replace your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card and transfer any points stored on it to a replacement card. Circumstances in which we may determine, in our sole discretion, that we will not replace your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card include those where we reasonably believe that the notified incident has been caused by your wilful breach of these Terms and Conditions or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that you are or have been engaged in fraudulent or other unlawful conduct.

If we agree to replace your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card, a replacement card will be delivered to your registered home address, usually within 5 days of you first notifying Customer Services of the incident.

Replacement cards will be posted to your registered home address only. We reserve the right to charge a replacement card fee for each replacement card in the event that you are issued with more than two replacement cards within any 6 month period.

If you subsequently find or retrieve a Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card which you have reported lost or stolen, you must notify Customer Services immediately. 

 

Complaints procedure

Complaints regarding any element of the Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card service should be sent in writing or by email to Customer Services, 45 Wood Street, Stratford upon Avon, CV37 6JG or Caffe.Vineria.wood.street@gmail.com. All complaints will be subject to the Caffe Vineria Complaints Procedure which will be provided to you on your request. 

 

Compensation

Points earned on your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card are not covered by any compensation scheme.

Data protection and privacy

When you register your Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your name, address and contact details. We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction.

The Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card Privacy Policy will apply whenever you provide us with personal information, and is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

Except as required by law, or in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card Privacy Policy, your personal information will not be passed to any other persons without your permission. 

 

Liability of Caffe Vineria Limited

Caffe Vineria Limited shall not be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and failure of data processing systems. 

 

Variation

We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card program on reasonable notice. The Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of a Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card shall at any time be the terms and conditions published on the Caffe Vineria website and your continued use of a Caffe Vineria Loyalty Card shall constitute your acceptance of such terms and conditions. 

 

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
